Battle Systems offers a new immersive fantasy miniatures board game with stunning terrain and intricate branching campaign

Tabletop game enthusiasts and dungeon crawler fans alike have shown their support for Battle Systems’ latest offering, Maladum: Dungeons of Enveron. Within hours of its launch on Kickstarter, the game has already surpassed its funding goal by over 900%. With over $550,000 in pledges, it’s clear that the long-awaited fantasy game has struck a chord with gamers.
Maladum: Dungeons of Enveron is not just a game, but also a highly-detailed 3D board with scenery that brings the game to life. In the game, players lead their band of adventurers into ancient dungeons and abandoned settlements in search of fortune, encountering exotic beasts and magical powers along the way. The comprehensive campaign system allows players to track their party’s progress from game to game, developing their skills and upgrading their equipment while immersing themselves in their story.

Features
One of the game’s unique features is an intricate branching campaign that can be played solo or cooperatively. Every decision made and objective completed has a knock-on effect on the route across Enveron. The accompanying campaign log keeps track of the unique achievements and rewards earned by the party as they progress.
Along with the game, Battle Systems is also offering a range of dungeon terrain that is fully compatible with Maladum. Also, it’s suitable for use with other popular tabletop games like Dungeons and Dragons, Pathfinder, and Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay. Finally, the terrain is easy to assemble, requires no painting, and is fully modular. It offers endless combinations for different layouts in every game.

Fans of Battle Systems’ previous terrain sets will be pleased to know that the company has made significant improvements to its designs since its first dungeon terrain was released in 2014. The dungeon includes pre-printed terrain, and super-high-density cardstock and is incredibly strong and durable.
Maladum: Dungeons of Enveron is available as a standalone game or also as part of a combined pledge. The combined pledge includes enough terrain and mats to fill a 4’x2′ space and also includes bespoke Maladum quests designed for the larger play area.
